On May 9 local time, Lyu Zexiang, Chairman of China Energy International Group Co., Ltd., met with Darmawan Prasodjo, President Director of Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), Indonesia’s state-owned energy enterprise. The two sides witnessed the signing of the cooperation agreement on Indonesia’s power flexibility enhancement and grid stability research between China Electric Power Planning & Engineering Institute, a subsidiary of CEEC, and PT Prima Layanan Nasional Enjiniring (PLNE), an engineering subsidiary of PLN. The two sides underscored that the agreement marks a pivotal milestone in advancing their strategic partnership, pledging to capitalize on their respective strengths to foster extensive cooperation in Indonesia’s power planning, as well as the investment and construction of projects in sectors such as new energy, energy storage, smart grids, gas turbine power plants, and hydropower stations. Furthermore, they committed to enhancing technical exchanges and talent development to propel Indonesia’s smooth energy transition and sustainable development.
